We are looking for a service professional who does not see service as execution, but as guidance. Someone who maintains overview, strengthens colleagues, and works with us to create an experience that is right down to the smallest details.
Our cuisine is radically plant-based, exploratory, and connected to biodiversity. Our service follows the same philosophy: careful, personal, and without excess, leaving room for true attention to the guest.
You will work closely with the maître, the sommelier team, and the kitchen, and be a stable presence on the floor. You contribute to the organization of service, support colleagues, and ensure everything runs smoothly and calmly — even when the pace is high.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a high-quality restaurant
- Brings calm and overview during service
- Has an eye for detail and for people
- Enjoys teamwork and supporting colleagues
- Sees hospitality as second nature
- Is curious and eager to keep developing
A relevant hospitality education and knowledge of HACCP are preferred, but attitude and professionalism are decisive.
