Ommuurde tuin

On the edge of the Renkum Beekdal, hidden behind old walls, is a large garden. In this garden, Esther has been growing over four hundred edible crops for more than 25 years. Without pesticides or artificial fertiliser, with compost from plant material and a little patience.

That the plants in the Walled Garden benefit from all this good care is easy to see, smell and taste. Esther experiments with forgotten vegetables and brings us new flavours. This walled garden continues to give us boundless plenty.
